Take the Time to Inspect Before You Drive

Before you put the vehicle in drive, take just a few moments to make sure it's ready for the road. A quick pre-trip inspection can help prevent breakdowns and reduce the risk of accidents. Before leaving, check:
• Tire condition and proper inflation
• Headlights, brake lights, and turn signals
• Windshield and mirrors for visibility
• Windshield washer fluid and wiper blades
• Fuel level and any dashboard warning lights
• That your seat belt is fastened, and loose items inside the vehicle are secured
These simple checks take less than two minutes but can prevent costly delays and improve your safety on the road.
