Louis V. Bean, III, known throughout the industry as Vi, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SinglePoint Acquisition Group. With more than 36 years of experience in the right-of-way profession, Vi has built a distinguished career founded on integrity, leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients across the utility and infrastructure industries.

A dedicated member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) since 1985, Vi has been an active leader within the organization for decades. He served as President of IRWA Georgia Chapter 22 in 2000 and has been recognized by his peers for his outstanding contributions to the profession, earning Professional of the Year honors from Chapter 22 in 2000, 2010, and 2011.

Under Vi's leadership, SinglePoint Acquisition Group has grown into a trusted provider of integrated land solutions throughout the Southeast. His vision of offering clients a single, dependable point of contact has shaped the company's culture and continues to guide its commitment to excellence, innovation, safety, and lasting client relationships.

Brian Hammock serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of SinglePoint Acquisition Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the utility and infrastructure industry. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for delivering complex projects with exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and a steadfast commitment to quality. His ability to effectively manage schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams has consistently resulted in successful project execution and long-term client relationships.

Brian has extensive experience overseeing survey, engineering, right-of-way, land acquisition, and construction support for utility infrastructure projects across the United States. His comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle allows him to coordinate diverse teams, anticipate challenges, and implement practical solutions that keep projects moving forward safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

As President and COO, Brian leads the company's daily operations while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. His strategic leadership and client-focused approach ensure SinglePoint continues to deliver innovative land solutions, exceed client expectations, and uphold the high standards of service that have defined the company for nearly two decades.

Jack Hamlin serves as Vice President of Client Relations for SinglePoint Acquisition Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience in project management and utility infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering successful projects through strong client relationships, strategic leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence. His extensive background in the natural gas utility industry provides valuable insight into the unique challenges of complex infrastructure projects.

Jack's expertise spans project planning, right-of-way coordination, land acquisition support, and client engagement, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. His ability to foster collaboration between clients, project teams, and stakeholders has made him a trusted partner for utilities and engineering firms throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining SinglePoint, Jack gained valuable experience working with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), further strengthening his knowledge of transportation infrastructure, regulatory coordination, and public sector project delivery. Today, he continues to leverage that experience to build lasting client relationships, identify new opportunities, and help guide projects from concept to completion while maintaining SinglePoint's commitment to exceptional service.

Mary Prather serves as Vice President of Research Support and General Manager for SinglePoint Acquisition Group. With more than 11 years of experience in the utility right-of-way industry, she has become an integral part of the company's success through her expertise in project coordination, land research, operational support, and team leadership. Her dedication to accuracy, efficiency, and client service has helped establish SinglePoint as a trusted partner throughout the Southeast.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, Mary oversees the research and support operations that are critical to the success of every project. She leads the coordination of complex project workflows, ensuring teams have the information, resources, and support needed to deliver accurate, timely results while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Mary is also passionate about developing people. She plays a key role in recruiting, training, and mentoring new and entry-level employees, helping them build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in the right-of-way profession. Under her leadership, the Research Support team has consistently achieved new levels of operational excellence, supporting thousands of successful acquisitions and contributing to the timely delivery of projects across the Southeast. Her commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and exceptional client service continues to strengthen SinglePoint's reputation as an industry leader.

Chasity Durham serves as the Director of Business Development for SinglePoint Services and the Managing Broker for SinglePoint Realty. With 19 years of experience in the utility right-of-way and real estate industries, she brings a unique combination of expertise in business development, residential real estate, land acquisition, survey coordination, and land research.

Her diverse background allows her to bridge the gap between the utility and real estate industries, helping clients, property owners, and REALTORS® navigate title research, easements, encroachments, and complex property transactions with confidence. As a licensed Broker in both Georgia and South Carolina, Chasity is committed to building relationships, expanding business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.

An active leader within the industry, Chasity currently serves as International Director of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 22. Her passion for continuous learning, strategic planning, and team development has helped strengthen SinglePoint's presence throughout the Southeast while supporting both clients and industry partners with innovative solutions and trusted leadership.

Josh Trawick serves as Director of Survey & Mapping for SinglePoint Acquisition Group, bringing extensive experience in land surveying, civil engineering, and utility infrastructure projects. A licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and South Carolina, Josh leads the company's survey operations with a commitment to precision, innovation, and exceptional client service.

Throughout his career, Josh has successfully managed a wide range of projects, including commercial and retail developments, utility infrastructure, roadway improvements, government and municipal initiatives, and large-scale land tract surveys. His expertise in project planning, permitting, and construction support enables him to deliver accurate, reliable survey data that serves as the foundation for successful project execution.

Josh is highly regarded for his knowledge of complex property conveyances, land acquisitions, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary dispute resolution, and the legal aspects of land surveying. His technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to quality ensure that SinglePoint continues to provide dependable surveying and mapping solutions that help clients move projects from concept to completion with confidence.
